I’ve taken the plunge. I didn’t get the liability insurance just yet, it’s $225/day for a 6500 smacker deductible. I thought that was a bit out there so I wanted to mull it over first.

As far as track insurance goes, that's actually a decent price. Usually I'm spending ~450/day for track insurance with a 10% deductible (~6500-7000).
