You should be able to access the menus. I was able to on my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands. I contacted Ford Performance and he said it would be able to adjust tire diameter as well as final drive up to 4.09:1.
This excited me as one of the reason I was holding off on getting an S650 is the 4.09s were a must from the get go. Totally transformed my S550 with the MT82D4. I am not sure if I want to do a tune again. Just do less weight, less rotational mass (Wheels), suspension work and some 4.09s make a great recipe.
