First oil change after break-in + service package?

Did my first oil change at 500 miles. Probably a waste of money, but it’s what I do.

My question is when to do first oil change after break-in ? I've heard lots of different things about this from waiting a bit because of the extremely tight tolerances on modern engines to let them actually seat in to place. To doing an oil change right at 1000 miles break in ect. Im wondering what the guys at Ford Performance or top engine builders would say? Also anyone know how the pre paid maintenance package i bought from Ford works? Do i just ask for an appointment or do they go by a certain schedule or time to bring my car in for service?

I always purchase the Maintenance Plan & Extended Warranty.
The Service plan you just drive to your dealer or any Ford Dealer & I always Get the oil, Filter & have my Tires Rotated.
No Charge, Period!
After a few months etc if your Air Filters are Dirty, they will be replaced, no charge.
They will do Wipers, oil. Filter etc.
On my 2020 F-150 Limited they replaced the Rear Brake and Cam Fayzers, wrong spelling.
That was over $5,000. No charge.
First Oil Change is Subjective.
Some Dealers you may need an Appointment?
Some say it’s a waste of money.
I disagree.
