E85 Tune Results on stock S650 Mustang GT 5.0

Just sucks with weather around here in FL at the moment. Its going to stay hot for at least 2 more months. Around december we finally get those low DA days and thats when we get to the track. Then of course they close for the last half of december and first half of January for the holidays, but we are back at it in January. Im hoping to see some sick results with my E only tuned 25 GT. I have some tricks up my sleeve and I think we are going to start to see the distance increase between the s550 and s650 cars with tuning. I also am trying to get a pre-order for the ESS kit and I will be offering tuning +ghost cam and pop flame for that as well. They are telling me we are 60 days out from launch.

Also, this time they were at 3000 DA, vs a -587 DA

So maybe another 2mph in it if they would have had the same conditions as last time

Since E85 uses more fuel per mile, you will be stopping every 150 miles for fuel.

Been waiting for this. 28 WHP is about 5% power increase. Which is 0.4 seconds less 0-60 time or about 0.3 seconds less from 60-130mph (Approx values). Im my opinion I wouldn't do it.

So these cars can run e85 with a tune only? No fuel component upgrades?

Yes- most new cars can run both. They already run Ethenol blend in almost every car - it’s just E10ish usually.

And yeah, that 3587 difference is like adding a very low boost. I think you are correct about another 2 mph.
