Old thread I know…but sharing a homemade solution for a large dog in the back of the vert.
This is pegboard (light, ventilated) cut to a trapezoid shape, padded top and sides, and slid into a body pillow cover. Doggo’s harness is attached to an isofix clip.
Not pretty, but a clean look and super cheap. A 90# Lab can sit comfortably or lay down flat.
