Does tire size lower the front of the car?

It could have just been the way the cars were sitting but, when I was at the dealer and saw five mustangs lined up, some looked to have lower front ends (spoiler to ground). Does tire size 18,19,20 make a difference?

The size of the wheel doesn't mater

it's the overall height of the tire

A shorter tire will make the car sit slightly lower

All you need to do is to get a set of those tiny ones like they have on slingshot dragsters. All you'd have to do then, is not drive over a cigar butt!
