I have side skirts, and was planing to install jacking rails and im 99.9% sure they can go together. Because jacking rails go behind the oem and rtr side skirts

Yes they will work. I have the SR Performance jacking rails with RTR side skirts.

I have both the Steeda rails and the RTR rocker splitters. They work fine together.
