An understatement for sure, but a great endorsement to have a dashcam.
This incident occurred yesterday, when a person blindly pulled out and failed to yield. Luckily, it was only 45 mph and I was able to swerve around them. Video doesn't really do it justice, as it looks like I'm traveling slowly.
Had to cut audio due to cursing them out.😂

Glad you were paying attention! Hopefully that scared them enough to get them to pay more attention too
Yeah, I expected it. The way I drive, I expect drivers to be breaking all the rules. Saved me many times in the past.

@Lou G ..... Amen. In 1973 I got knocked-off my 750 Norton by an AH not paying attention. I slid down a grass median just missing a cement light standard. Only good thing was two motorcycle cops were at a Lady Jane Donut shop and saw the whole thing. Never seen two guys move so fast. They were pi$$ed. Took the insurance money and bought my first sports car. I didn't feel it was safe anymore. NOW - I'd call it Russian Roulette or suicidal thinking - stop signs mean little and red lights are just a challenge to many. With the low profile of my Mustang GT (convertible - so even less protection) - compared to the big pick-ups and SUVs .... I have my head on a swivel when approaching big intersections.

Funnily enough, I never felt unsafe when riding. I was only knocked off twice by another vehicle, both times I was stationary in traffic. Minor damage to the bike and once a torn RCL for me.
When I gave up it was because I wasn't wanting to get out on the bike. If it had been a less manic bike I might have kept on with it.
I haven't really missed it either.
