the right way to do it would be a real roll bar with a rear seat delete and bars running into the trunk, hoping the windshield frame would not collapse if the car rolled over.
There is no way the lawyers are going to allow that from the factory, the product liability for a car they market as a track car would be huge, no hoop you see in any car is called a roll bar, same with trucks. That is for a reason.
Look a C4 Vette with the removable roof the rockers are very tall in order to give the A pillar and windshield frame enough strength to keep things together when the roof panel is unbolted
