I have been able to talk to someone every time I have called them. They actually said my center caps are supposed to ship out today and I should receive a tracking number. I'll let you know when I get them.

I order them a few days ago and it did say Backordered. But this morning I got a tracking number but still not on the way to me.

Did your tracking number update yet? My tracking number was doing the same thing and I contacted them and they said that more than one order was doing this. My tracking number updated last night and I should receive them next Wednesday.

Glad you able to connect. Next time you have an issue with any vendor ask for our help before denigrating a valued and trusted sponsor.

Sorry I just pointed out what happened to me. I was not trying to denigrate them. After someone on here gave me a different link I got a hold of them. The problem was it's because I live in Canada and their website has a glitch when you try to order from Canada with their shipping. I'm happy to say I have now supported them by ordering my center caps that are now on the way. I also explained the comment I had put on the sight to them and they said it's okay and not to worry about it. Also when I was trying to contact them through the sight moderator but they never replied to contacted me. So as for trying to denigrating a valued and trusted sponsor I think they know that was not my intent. So yes I can sleep at night even after my transgressions but thank you for your help in the future. As for this happening it also happened With Lethal performance when trying to order my Tremec through them but their sight would not take my order talked to Dustin to try a figure out why it wouldn't . It's easy to get stuff in the USA not so much in Canada. Plus I just received my Whipple that I had to do with a third party and wire transfers and I ordered it on December 20,2023.
