Guess I haven't spent enough money to ask auestions. I would always recommend them to all my friends even brought somebody by their shop and have been telling guys at mokan to go to their mustang car show. In joplin we have several performance shops that can dyno but I would drive 2.5 hours away to them but I'I be moving on. I get they are a business but they aren't that big so l'm just complaining to feel better. I have had asked them several questions over some months. Follow the topic on reddit mustang group.

So you bought some performance stuff from this company and now there telling you that advice isn't free? Now they want more money or for you to buy something? Then they will give their opinion?

Shops don't have all day to talk cars with people. They have cars to build and work to do.

Can you show the whole email? Are you replying to an invoice or previous message where you bought something? Or is this an out of the blue email where they guy doesn't know you're a customer?

So you spent less than $1000 and asked them "several questions". At some point they have to focus on customers

While I feel they could have instead asked a simple question to prompt you for a better idea of what you wanted from them, I also think your email to them was lacking indication of a serious customer request. Unless there's other context missing? I'd just re-engage and chalk it up to a misunderstanding between us if it were me.

No I've asked for things to get before but whenever they suggest stuff I would ask if they are doing any promotional and they always say no so I get it from places like lethal performance or american muscle. I had no reason to go out of my way for them but I had seen a video from them and liked it so I decided to try them out.

They spend more time going to car shows and going to the strip then at the shop so I doubt they are too busy

I’ve never had an issue with Larry when it came to quoting out the procharger for my car. He responded pretty quick and always had a detailed answer

They know me I went and did a dyno in March and then went back to the shop in April to get boostane. Ive emailed them several times to let them know I'm coming by to buy some boostane and if I'm in the area to look at any projects they have going on

Same but I think I told him I bought something from someone else after he gave me a suggestion and said they dont offer discounts so I bought from lethal performance

plenty of shops to get parts from. I’m not cheap but a discount is a discount.
