Bronze/Active Valve Exhaust Discount mystery

This discount was showing on the build in my Ford account. No statement on what the actual discount is. But it was not anywhere else, like on the window sticker.
My dealer could not find anything on it. Credit to the dealer, they made it right.
Wondering if anyone else has this discount or experienced similar?
