likely next weekend (3/30/24 or 3/31/24) a co-worker of mine and I will be doing a drive up to Antelope Pass Vista, if anyone wants to join us we are meeting between the Chevron and McDonalds on Carefree Highway east of the I17 (3140 W Carefree Hwy, Phoenix, AZ 85086) at 06:00. anyone joining please reply to this thread what what you will be driving and keep watch in case plans change. this is nothing formal, just a fun thing that we are doing

update: its supposed to snow in flagstaff this weekend, so maybe April 6th or 7th? Hopefully the weather is nice that weekend

honestly i might just put this drive off until next month. the weather up in Flagstaff has sucked every weekend so far, plus its cold. maybe the weekend of May 4th/5th will be nice

the weather was great and the drive to and from was something like 500 miles and 7 hours. not really a fan of how bumpy US-89 is for a while after the roundabout.

love the colors of the rocks and the scenery. even if i only spent like 10 minutes there, that trip was worth it. even if it did cost me about $150 in fuel
