Hey all,
Hoping someone can help. I put PPF on my car after I purchased it. As part of the process they recommended I remove the Vinyl's then put them back on after because part of them were matte and it would be glossy after that. I spoke to the Ford dealership before I did it and they assured me that they could replace them, so I processed the order. When they came in from the dealership, they were the standard black. Went around for 4 months trying to get the right ones and the dealership wasn't successful.
I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if they were able to get them replaced or if you knew an online shop that could match them.
