Since I'll be installing kooks LT, I dont want under the hood temperatures to increase so I'm evaluating ceramic coating for the headers. I've heard that swain tech white lightning is among the best options but there is also jet hot and cerakote.

Anyone has any experience with any of those?

I have actually been looking into this as well. I was quoted nearly $2000 for the Jet Hot (shipping included) and about $900 for Cerakote done locally. After doing some research, I decided to do the Cerakote myself and then wrap the headers with a nice header wrap. This will keep temperatures down much more than just a coating and be a lot less money. Seeing as how my car will almost never be driven in the rain I figured wrapping them would be a good option for me. And everything I need to do the Cerakote my self was just over $300 dollars.

I wrapped headers on 1 car and 1 bike and won’t do it again. First, it’s bit of a chore to install and whatever you wear when you install it, throw those clothes out. if the itchy stuff gets in with your wash... well, I hope you’re single.

The wrap is a magnet for oil, which will smell like... burning oil as soon as the wrap gets warm and it will continue to smell like burning oil for weeks to months depending on how frequently you drive. Any tight clearances are worse with the wrap.

That’s a great point about the oil!! Didn’t even think about that. Welp.. looks like ceramic coating it is. I will be starting this later next week and will post pics and information about the process in case anyone is interested in doing this as well. And it’s good to note that the high temp Cerakote is air dry/cure only. No oven bake is necessary.
