The Blue Wheels look really COOL.
If I eve had a Car with a 60’s 427, I would be sleeping in it.
Wouldn’t let it out of my sight!
I remember the 289 high-performance Mustangs the and 427 Galaxy XL’s came with a 90 day warranty.
imagine now you can get a 486 hp mustang GT with a full 36,000, 36 month warranty. Unbelievable.
There used to be a GT 350 HERTZ in our neighborhood, but it’s been long gone.
I had an original GT350 Hertz 20 years ago, It was an awesome driving car with that 289 K code!

WOW, What a GREAT, BEAUTIFUL LOOKING GT350-H.
You are very,very Lucky.
The younger generation don’t know what they missed in the great muscle car era.
I can still hear those Solid Lifters.
Back in the day the Dodge, Plymouth 426 hemi put out 425 horse.
The Ford 427 two 4’s put out 425 horse and that was a big deal.
Chevrolet 427 split out 425 horse.
WHEN I got out of the army from Vietnam, I purchased a 1967 Fairlane GTA with a 390 big Holly, 2 door hardtop. I love that car, 335 Horses.
Almost got a 1967 GTX., 440.
But was at Fort Eustis, Virginia, and I live in in Colorado. I didn’t wan to drive it that far by myself, should’ve got it.
Thank You for the memories I love it.
Hard to believe the 2024 Must GT puts out 486 Horses 🐎 & it’s up to 307 cu. In.
Back in the day it was all about Cubic Inch, not Liters..

The 2024 Mustang would be rated at nearly 580HP in those old Gross HP numbers.

Ordered a 24 GT/CS, performance pack, active valve, upgrade blue wheels. Wasn't thinking I would like it, was a no risk order. Saw it and liked, even my 30 year old son liked it. I was ready to pass on it due to the pictures on the Ford configure. But when I saw it in person, I knew I was taking it home! This is mustang #30 for me!

Thank you, Ford, for making Mustangs that we can enjoy through the ages!
I have had a lot of performance cars, but I keep going back to Mustangs even when I can now afford the high dollar ones!

Probably very Truer.
If I remember correctly in the 60’s Ford, Dodge & Chevrolet wouldn’t actually publish the correct horse 🐎 power because of high insurance rates.
I use to work at a Ford dealership.
You could purchase a, 1966 or 1967 427 cu. In. Red Cobra for $10,000.00. Forgot what year. 66 may be the 427. -67 may be a 428? . The Cobras were All Aluminum Body.
It was like a Zillion dollars back then to a Teenage kid.
Something’s never change.
Sorry to Ramble.

I have attached a picture that was requested showing the wheels and blue strip in more light.
Sorry, it took so long to respond!

Do the seats have GT/CS script on them?

Beautiful setup! I forgot that option was available on the CS! I was bored at work so I decided to build one on the configurator. That option definitely ups the final price quite a bit, so i decided to look around online. There aren't many GT/CS on the sales sites, and I could only find one with the blue wheels on a dealer lot, and it was in the color I was looking at on the Build & Price. I think it will definitely be a rare option to see down the road. I think the black side stripe and the Iconic Silver don't look as good as the White does.

I think the blue wheels will be a rare option because they are risky based on the Ford build website, they look much better in person. I had a hard time deciding between white or silver, I like both colors with the blue performance wheels.

Got my silver convertible GT CS build date for the end of April. Hoping it holds and we get it by Memorial Day Weekend. Looking forward to the blue wheels!

I wish Ford would use actual photographs for their online builder. It’s very hard to get an actual representation of what these cars actually look like in reality. I’m sure a lot are turned off by how unrealistic it is.
