I have been having the same issue. Glad it's not just me. I removed the rubber cover over the charger and it worked perfectly. I think they made it too thick. Regardless, I guess I will just remove my case each time so it can have the best connection. I like this case too much.

My tracker just finally updated today. Used to only say "Order Confirmed", even though I got the VIN and the build date. The tracker is quite interesting for sure. Just glad it's actually moving along now! Lol

Mine finally got scheduled! Ordered on the 29th, updated on the 5th of May, and got my build date for July 24th! Finally can stop checking every week lol.

I got the same thing, mine was officially ordered on the 29th due to some communication issues between my dealer. So here's hoping we get VINs next week!

Well this sucks a little. I had plans for trips with this car in October, but if I don't get it by then, then those are washed. I will also need to get a rental for more than a month as my current car is uninspectable after June. Oh well.
