Here’s what the continuous gear display looks like in Normal, Sport and Track gauge clusters. The Calm, Classic and Fox Body only show the gear as a small number next to the M on the gear selection display.

My GT PP is low to mid 190’s for CHT and EOT in everyday driving, even with “spirited” driving. Highest I’ve seen it get is low 210’s when on the drag strip with the ambient temperature around 94 degrees.
