No doubt youāre right about they stick out more on some wheels than others. The locks are close to flush with the regular lugs on my front wheels. Iād assume the locks are the same but my rear wheels are 11ā wide and the fronts are 10.5ā. That would account for the difference.
The rear wheel lock lugs on my DH stand about 3/8ā give or take proud of the other lugs. They seem tight and the car drives fine. But given that Iām a notorious over torquer I thought Iād ask before I started leaning on them. I donāt have a lot of faith in current PDI chimps.
