Unless you just want to source this from Ford directly, should be fairly each to measure the stud then search for a stud mount tie/ zip tie that is designed for the measured diameter. I'm not sure of the diameter of that particular stud off the top of my head.

Can you post a video of the sound in your actual car while running (when the sound is happening)? It may also be better to remove the center console and sound deadening to see if you can isolate the sound better. It could be the weight rattling or something else.

Just in case, have you checked to make sure that nothing is in the storage area of the door? Being that the door card is hard plastic in that area, even little things like a coin can rattle. At least in my experience, that is where the rattle came from, lol.

Nope, no storing....daily driver, rain, snow, shine :cool:. Garage holds all the tools, quickjacks, motorcycle lift, motorcycle, etc. Mustang and my other car only go in the garage when being worked on or detailed. Good thing is that winters here are very mild (little if any snow and no salt)...

There will likely continue to be delays and lack of interest from certain manufacturers for both the S650 EB and the GT/Darkhorse until tuning is available for these. Have you researched on if any of the parts (charge pipes, etc.) for the pre-2024 EB will fit?

Not sure, looks nice. Saw it in an ad but don’t know any of the specs on it. CPE is about an hour from me. I’ve been there a couple of times and their operation, along with Long Tube headers, was pretty legit.
