  1. Rattling sound when shifting

Good call.....I've never turned rev-matching off on mine so who knows how it sounds without rev match, lol.
  2. Front suspension "clunks" when driving over bump/dips after mild Steeda lowering springs.

If I were you, i'd definitely have Ford check the torques on the suspension components or do it yourself if you do your own wrenching.
  3. Front suspension "clunks" when driving over bump/dips after mild Steeda lowering springs.

Thanks for the update. I am finishing out my suspension this weekend and I will check all torqued connections one last time. I did the sway bars already and torqued them properly and the end links are being replaced the weekend. If the clunk still persists, may have to go this route. Let me know...
  4. S650 Headers + Corsa xtreme cold start

Is this the active/ valved version and do you have a warm idle and rev? Cold start on these isn't a good representation of the sound of the exhaust.
  5. Rattling sound when shifting

Yeah, that doesn't sound normal. Mine has never sounded like that when shifting. Hard to tell from the video/sound recording if its a grinding or vibration sound. Definitely would take it in and have it documented and looked at.
  6. Explain the 1,000 mi oil change to me

Did my first oil change on this car at 3500 miles which is still a little early for synthetic/ semi-synthetic. Car still sounds good, runs good, and drives....didn't explode or crumble on the highway. In all seriousness, doesn't hurt to change at 1k miles, just a bit early IMHO.
  7. Battery Management

Unlikely unless the car has left you stranded. Even the bulk of the random no start issues with warnings described by other and myself previously don't seem to be due to the battery as the cars will start after sitting for a short bit. I have personally only had it happen once and the battery...
  8. Battery Management

I daily mine, no need to put it on a trickle charger. I may with my motorcycle if I'm not riding for a few weeks. It typically varies from 12-13 volts prior to starting.
  9. South Carolina ($750) Flowmaster Outlaw axleback (valved) and Steeda H-Pipe

  10. Installing K&N Intake Filters?

Certainly...if those bands are just slightly too tight, it will not go on, lol.
  11. Installing K&N Intake Filters?

Never had an issue with K&N filters. Just have to know how to oil them after cleaning them. Its actually quite easy to get the oiling wrong since the fibers slowly soak up the oil and can look deceiving. I also periodically clean the MAF/MAP sensors which takes a few minutes...just in case.
  12. Installing K&N Intake Filters?

They are kind of tight the first time you put them on. Mine were the same way and I did have a little distortion of the filters pressing them on. You could try a slight amount of motor oil to help. They will go on, just need a bit of oomph.
  13. Front Flaps by wheels.

They are spats/ wheel spats and are simply for aero.
  14. Fuel for '24 GT

The problem with a lot of Shell/BP stations in areas (rural) like where I live is that their customer volume is a lot lower than that of Spinx, Cosco, Sam's Club, QT, etc. Their gas sits in the tanks a lot longer. I typically use Spinx and QT and never had an issue. Car runs great.
  15. Wondering how many other owners have interior buzzes and rattles

I have aftermarket suspension which does ride a little firmer. So, I do have and expect some minor additional rattles. Nothing to worry the dealer about though.
  16. how many people are still having issues with the infotaimnent system aka freezing on startup or after no reverse camera at times etc..

Not sure if related to the Ford update or recent Apple update, but since the updates, I have had no sound from Apple Car Play (iPhone 14 Pro) after start up twice and had to turn the car off then back on to get the sound back. I didn't have this issue prior to the Ford update/ recent Apple...
  17. Ford Motorcraft Synthetic Oil Beats Key Rivals

I like Project Farm's videos. He thoroughly tests all kinds of stuff. In this particular video, the Ford Motorcraft vs the Mobil 1 is really the only useful comparo for Mustang owners.....well at least I don't see any Mustang owners using Mopar, AC Delco, Toyota, or Honda oil. I could be wrong...
  18. 24 Mustang wouldn’t start. Loads of error messages

You are not fully initiated into S650 ownership until you get this issue/error at least once.
  19. Spare wheel/tire (solved…big thank you to everyone)

This is what I had for my PP1 2019 GT. Cannot confirm that it works with the 2024 w/upgraded brakes. https://www.automotiveauthorityllc.com/products/spare-wheel-and-tire-kit-for-2015-2017-ford-mustang-gt-with-brembo-brakes?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3vWSzuCShQMVGGJHAR1O4QYoEAAYASAAEgKUSfD_BwE
