I do have a strut tower brace, I have the UPR and it can be difficult but not impossible to access. I remove the hoses, take it off the bracket, and then empty the can. Then reverse the steps. Getting the bolt with the plastic grip on it in can be hard to line up, but it hasn't failed me yet.
