  1. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

It's in several locations. HCM, SCCM, IPC, APIM and BCM all have config that is relevant to auto-high beam asssit.
  2. Edit gauge selection using Forscan?

This the config in those lines of the IPC from a random 2026 EB Mustang I found at a local dealer: 06-01: xxFx xxxx xx-- means Boost Vac Display is enabled. So I would change that to an E to disable Boost/Vac and leave everything else as is. 06-01: xxxD xxxx xx-- means IATD is enabled. So I...
  3. Edit gauge selection using Forscan?

Seems like they can be disabled. Not sure what would happen if you did, but I guess you can just put it back if you don't get the desired result. These settings below would need to be messed with to see what happens. IPC: I would look at the ones above first and then here if needed. Just...
  4. Ford pass stopped working

Here you go. It does not seem too difficult to get to at all.
  5. Ford pass stopped working

I'm not sure where it is in these cars, but I'll pull the schematics in PTS tomorrow.
  6. Ford pass stopped working

Check the connections at the TCU would be my best guess.
  7. Ford pass stopped working

Well, the TCU code was relevant, but it a stored code and not an active fault at the time you checked. Unless it's intermittent and coming on and off?
  8. Ford pass stopped working

That was a random image I found on Google just to demonstrate the BMS. 🤣
  9. Ford pass stopped working

Yea, I meant with FORScan or a code reader. Check for any codes in the TCU or GWM that can be atributed to connectivity issues.
  10. Keeping instrument cluster cool

This. A neutral tint on the front windshield is awesome. I will never own another vehicle without it.
  11. Ford pass stopped working

Connect the negative cable for the charger here (circled in red) and not directly on the terminal. If you go directly on the battery post, it will bypass the BMS sensor and mess the BMS data.
  12. Found some interesting coding while playing around at work today

You can try chaning this parameter in the BCM from manual to auto: Disclaimer: There is a reason Ford has it coded this way. It is very possible for anyone (regardless of how conscious of this you may be), to leave the car in gear and forget. If this works and someone remote starts their...
  13. 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup)

    I would assume the BCM.
  14. Having issues updating software

Anyone can, but Ford charges a ridiculous amount for it. Much more expensive than FDRS. I have access because I am in the business. I no longer work for Ford; I work for Jaguar/Land Rover now, but I still have credentials that let me access most of the fun stuff they have.
  15. Having issues updating software

Yea, that info is based on whatever SoC the vehicle reported to the cloud the last time it was driven or the ignition was cycled on long enough for the vehicle to ping the mothership. They can see that in the PTS website. I have access to most of the stuff they have access to. It won't do it in...
  16. Having issues updating software

I don't think you can guide yourself by this logic because there may be several things that trigger the charging system to turn on regardless of SoC; like having the a/c fan speed set to 5 or higher. There could be other factors where the BMS will trigger the charging of the 12v battery, as...
  17. Having issues updating software

For anyone interested in monitoring these type of details, you can get a bluetooth battery monitor on ebay/amazon that will provide all these details in real time through an app on your phone.
