NTTA calls for it to be installed high behind the rearview mirror. That's why the problem, because there really isn't a lot of room there.

I've seen some other threads where people are reporting no need to modify wheel studs with a 25mm/1" spacer.

First thing I did was get a set of black lug nuts with wide cone shape made for OEM wheels. Simple, but effective change.

Awesome to know. Thanks for letting me know. Did you do camber plates? Any issues with alignment? I plan on doing this for now. Wish the stock wheels were a little wider, but agree it drastically changes the look even with 8.5 wheels. I have the bronze ones. Looks like it flushes out nicely.

I'm still trying to confirm if 1" spacers will avoid modifying the wheel studs and if they will work with stock GT wheels too.

Assuming you had to cut off bit of wheel studs for spacers to work? Just a little weary on doing this.

Nice. So looks like +35 offset puts them nice and flush on the fenders front and rear. Can't imagine it would be different between performance package and non- performance.
