If the BCM is defective, I say push them for a good deal on the Dark Horse & take the money back & get the DH. You have some leverage. I’m sure they don’t want Ford Mother Ship to know they delivered it to you before the recall was done.

Looks like a judgement call. They may be ok or they may get brittle & break. If not too expensive, probably worth a try. Maybe someone with knowledge of plastics can weigh in. I think we had someone with extensive knowledge in a previous post.
