Either would work nylon is tough with good impact and stress resistance but tricky to print with due to layer adhesion and shrinkage. What printer are you using?

The tint level was fine just difused due to the shape I'd say they are between 20 to 30% tint.

Yea it's dims the lights way more that the level it's tinted at looks diffused in a weird way

Update the part isn't formed to the actual headlight which has a step up from the front to the back part of the headlight housing. It makes it difficult to use the Velcro. The part is decent but its very flexible and requires some finagling to get it in place. I'm probably going to return it.

I say get the spoiler. If you search ebay you can find a spoiler delete pannel. I have one with the dh spoiler and one with a duck tail style. Takes about 15 minutes to swap out.
