The sizing of the lobes and duration/lift on the coyotes was already larger than most old scool stage 1 and 2 cams its why aftermarket cams give such poor hp per dollar return. Sorry i was at work when i replied kinda messed up what meant to say.

They did have a set of cams for the 19-23 they netted a whooping 20 ish hp for the low low price of 2500.00 uninstalled. The cams on the factory engines are what used to be stage 2 or 3 cam from aftermarket vendors. If you do go bigger you will more than likely have to lock the cams.

I agree it's better to go with something tuned and ready. All in all I got them built and running but the perceived cost savings isn't there when you add all the extra parts and maintenance required time, money and failed prints later. That's why I'm looking into an out of box solution. Waiting...
