Yeah its weird. Either something weird is going on with mine, or they are going to do it with all of yours as well when changing them to 2024.5 's maybe?
He literally just phoned and said he got a message from Ford and the order numbers have changed, here is your new NSC. My allocation month was also October before. He wasnt ever vague. He always told me I was their first allocation and the car is mine. He still says this is the case and the...
Strange. My dealer just contacted me and said I have a new NSC number. I see now the car is a 2024.5 but no ETA, VIN or Segmentation date is listed yet. Salesman said he only got a email from Ford about it this morning.
Priority is still 01 and allocation month is Jan at least.
I dont have anything official, but from talking to various people working at Ford dealers, there aren't any feature differences. Its more that there might be new calibrations on things like steering, Magneride, entertainment system, those sort of things. Maybe some production improvements. I...
Mine is a priority 01, not 99.
Hehe, I'm not so sure. I've been waiting for a damn car since Jan 2022. Maybe code 01 means "dont build, we just want to pull the wool over this customer's eyes and F him around for as long as we can".
Awesome build, congratulations.
I ordered a GT and a Dark Horse the day after they were announced, both pending pricing. I ended up dropping the GT and going with the dark horse, but my GT order was exactly that spec you ordered. You've got good taste! 😉
Someone on a different forum told me that our Recaros in the S550s were automatic and not manual like the US Recaros. If true, it's interesting that we actually get something that the US doesn't. Not sure how to verify. Time will tell.
I've just noticed in the Ford Australia brochure for Mustang that it shows the Recaro seats as having 6-way power adjustability. This cant possible be right. All the US cars showed the Recaros are manually adjusted and have no heating or cooling.
Thats why I reckon the manual DH is going to awesome. The tremec has closer ratios with 5th being the 1:1 instead of 4th in the MT82. It also comes with the 3.73 Torsen diff. So in essence much shorter gears with 6th being a cruising gear. I think thats going to be fun.
Just listened to the latest Carmudgeon show and found this interesting. Jason Cammisa disagrees with the Throttle House boys, especially Thomas on his complaints about Mustang GT's steering. He also mentioned in the episode that the PZero's are garbage. Looking forward to the Mustang Icons...
Yeah I've been told the same. It would not surprise me if it blows out further. My process of trying to procure a Mustang started in Jan 2022 and I still don't have a car so nothing will surprise me anymore hehe.
I havent asked for an update on the build schedule for mine, but my ETA was 31-May last I checked. I dont think any RHD models will be built this year. Only starting in Jan 24.
The neuter in these cars are the exhaust manifold and tuning. The ECUs are locked so can't be tuned yet. Tuners world wide are working to crack them. I'm sure they'll be tunable soon, but touch the stock tune and your warranty is gone.
