Have you read any of the posts above about cancelled VINs and NSCs regarding MY24 > MY24.50? You probably now have a MY25 instead. Either your black pack has been deleted, or did you agree to the bronze pack? Along with the new NSC, this information is on the top of the Vista detail.

Not necessarily. Many of us here had VINs allocated October 2023 for a MY24. These were cancelled unexpectedly in January 2024. New VINs and NSC number were allocated a few months later for a MY24.50.
