  1. How do we save the mustang?

The new Dodge CEO says don't count out the return of the Hemi just yet :) Smart man, but it may be too late. Many of the "Brotherhood of Muscle", like me, have already been seduced by the Mustang.
  2. How do we save the mustang?

unfortunately I think you are correct. But the timeline is in question. I think there are at least 3-5 good years left, but each year the value/price proposition will decline. Get it soon or miss out.
  3. Mustang - What Did I Expect?

    can you blame him?
  4. 2024 Mustang sales lowest in history of Mustang

That's a harder question. The DH would run me 70k plus, the C8 I would want with options would be closer to 95-100k. HTC, Z51, front end lift etc. 2 different cars really. If I could afford it, both would be best.
  5. Ford has no clue who their customers our

only one thing to do. sell it and move on. sorry you got one of the bad ones. every brand has some lemons. your bad luck you got one.
  6. Mustang - What Did I Expect?

the last two posts are what this car is about. Want more or something else? Buy something else. Can't wait to get one.

arguably is the key word here. Some of us wouldn't want a high priced German car no matter the price/value ratio.
  9. New ZR1 hit 233mph

actually Z06's are now up to 5K off of MSRP. Some w/Z07. Just 2 years into the run. There are a few on Corvette Forum saying they have MSRP deals in writing. In a year or two you will walk in and order or buy at MSRP. Just like every other Vette ever.
  10. 2024 Mustang sales lowest in history of Mustang

i don't think many here would settle for the 30k cars. they are just appliances with no soul. want a performance car? you gotta pay. anything else is just whining.
  11. 2024 Mustang sales lowest in history of Mustang

this whole thread is ridiculous. The other pony/muscle cars are legislated out of existence by the woke governments position. That is about to change. Will they come back? Maybe. Everything costs more now, get over it. With the "average" new car now about 50K, a new Mustang at 60k is a smoking...

  14. Your experience is requested - Autocross / Track Setup

the original conversation was you saying you were going to run -2.7 front camber. I just commented on what that will do long term on the street. good luck with your setup. It doesn't sound like you want or need any tips, or know the answer to my question.
  15. Your experience is requested - Autocross / Track Setup

My 3 years of autocrossing an SRT4 with -2.6 front camber says otherwise. What is the stock spec for Mustang front camber?
  16. 2018 GT. 5.0 10 SPEED VS ANY SIMILAR CHRYSLER PRODUCT HEMI

my box stock 2016 Scat Pack auto with just a 305 street tire (Firestone Indy 500's) runs 11.8@116. Haven't lost to a stock 5.0 ever.
  17. Track Inspiration Photos

looks great except for the rain, unless you have rain tires :)
  18. Your experience is requested - Autocross / Track Setup

Also, I can't comment on wheel clearance but that much camber will eat up tires in 2 to 3 thousand miles or so.
  19. Your experience is requested - Autocross / Track Setup

1 to 3 seconds? Thats like 10 seconds a lap on a road course. Autocross is usually decided by tenths.
