I'm with the OP here. No plans to modify and I can never take the convertible I ordered to the track, so PP doesn't add much value...however...MagneRide is worth every penny and is only available with PP. Ordering PP is just the cost of doing business to get to the Magneride...so is forfeiting...

I have a GT premium convertible on order with PP, active exhaust, MagneRide, and automatic transmission. Does anyone know if the transmission in the article referenced below is going in the '24 models? The order is still "unscheduled-clean" so I can probably change it. I'm surrounded by hills...

With how long you are going to wait to take delivery, you may consider joining Mustang Club of America and wait for the X plan PIN. If you want DH forget it. It won't apply

If you walk away from an order you placed, the dealership will be penalized and will not receive the same allocation of new units. This is America so do as you see fit, but I wouldn't expect to be welcomed back at the dealership you left at the alter.

Go to another dealer! Lol. It's not on the Ford website yet but whatever backend software is used by the manager at the dealership will support ordering a convertible. Ford has already confirmed my order via email. I hope it arrives by June!

I say why wait? There's already a lot of orders ahead of you from what I see for posted DORA's on this forum. I am using X-Plan pricing through Mustang Club of America. Worst case MSRP, but not MSRP + a penny more.
