The MACH 1 was maybe the best Mustang produced for the dollar. Ford made a mistake going with the Dark Horse name IMHO.
I still would like to see a Bullitt with a TREMEC and an optional track package.
Yes, a Dark Highland Green Car would be great. I get a bit tired of Black, White, Gray, More Gray, and Red.
There will never be another Steve McQueen. I'm fearful that the next movie will be some foolish AI waste.
I still would like another BULLITT.
Back when a Bullitt Mustang was a GT with a 390 four-speed less the Mustang badges. That's the car I want with Bullitt wheels. I'm sure it would sell better than the last California Special with the blue trim and the new FX Adriaic Blue/Green with the pretty white wheels and plaid seats!
I miss my BULLITTS! I wish Ford would paint an S650 in Dark Highland Green with the BULLITT emblem on the rear and no running pony in the grill. The car has enough power etc. In a book written by Matt Stone with forward by Chad McQueen, they say that another BULLITT Movie will be out in 2026...
I bought my 2024 GT to replace my 2008 Shelby GT500. Prior to that I had a 2010 Shelby GT 500 and four BULLITTS from 2001 thru 2020.
My GT suits me because at my age, I can actually get in and out of the car. I just can't do a C-8 Corvette, or I would have one. The Corvette is a better buy...
Tell me about your spoiler. Where did you get it? Did it come pre-painted? Did you do your own installation? Is it aftermarket?
I have a black GT with the blade spoiler and may want to add the GT type spoiler.
Thanks for any info...
LOL! I hear Ford will be including a six pack of Ivory Soap with each new Mustang. This is for the bath you will take on an early sale or trade-in.
My car, a 24 GT Premium with 1300 miles and an MSRP of a bit over $56K has a CARMAX BUY PRICE OF $39k as of less than a week ago.
I'm with you! Don't change a thing unless you add better floor mats and trunk liners. My 2024 is factory stock and it will stay that way. Someday you may want to sell the car. Most people look at a car with mods as a horse that been ridden hard and left wet! Don't waste your money on something...
I got my recall notice from FORD today on my 2024 GT Premium Coupe. They say they have the parts to repair the leak into the control module and I can schedule the service appointment.
I can imagine what my nice shiny black GT will look like once they do a water leak test and dry it with a shop...
Same here...a 2026 is over $5K more than my 2024.
I went to a lot of cruises in the Pittsburgh area this summer. Other than my 2024 I saw two other S650's. I guess I have a unique car.
2023 and older cars were everywhere to include the last version of the GT500.
Maybe sports cars for the...
Keep in mind that there are new hidden prices today that we didn't have 15-20 years ago. Back then, nobody had a cell phone that costs around $100/month to feed. Cable TV can now cost up to $300/month. There are many items added to the monthly bills that we didn't have back then. Wages haven't...
Be dumbfounded, that's O.K. Again, I see more young people, potential Mustang buyers driving pickups and rice burners.
I agree that the S650 isn't a big improvement over the S550. My 2020 BULLITT was just right.
Yes, stop sale and price increases have hurt the 650 Mustang. However, many people still can't warm up to the over kill on electronics.
Mach 1's are still selling at almost sticker for a low mile car.
The new Mustang was built for those who like screens but have no money in their pockets...
In Pennsylvania we tar and chip everything. Seeing a nice pothole free paved road is an exception.
All summer long I've been driving on alternate routes to get to car cruises. We are blessed with tar and chips everywhere.
Maybe if we would spend some money in the USA rather than blowing it all...
Yes my 2024 GT does the same as well as my 2025 GMC Terrain. In less than 10 years we will all have cars like "KIT" the Trans AM that speaks with you.
I can't wait until all this electronic junk breaks down! LOL!
