  1. S650 Mid Cycle Refresh

Totally agree with SINBUSTER. I plan to sell or trade my 2024 before the warranty is up. Out of warranty is when these cars will hit you in the wallet! What is the cost of a new dash out of warranty? The car is a great car, but it could have been made to last. If the Mustang is your forever car...
  2. Next Gen Ford Infotainment Revealed: Ford Digital Experience

Is it possible to put a third screen in the Mustang. I really don't need a glovebox. Or could Ford put a refrigerator and an air fryer in the dash? I thought the idea of owning a Mustang was the driving experience rather than playing games on the dash. I just wish we had more distracted driving...
  3. Leave it alone

My 2024 will stay bone stock with a few coats of wax. I have had over 20 fun cars and the ones that were or appeared stock brought the best return on my dollar. Yes, you can add horsepower but there will be another newer car out there that will put you to shame. Don't waste your money. Most...
  4. Oil Change Interval on my 2024 GT

I thought of the dealership not resetting the oil monitor. If the one year rule applies, this all makes sense. I need to check the screen to see if there's a "Remaining oil life percentage" on there. BTW...keep an eye on your Ford Pass Bonus points. They do expire in a short period of time!!!
  5. Oil Change Interval on my 2024 GT

I bought my GT Premium last July 2024. In April 2025, I had the oil and filter changed at the dealership after 6 months of winter storage with 780 miles on the clock. Yesterday, as I started the car, I got an OIL CHANGE DUE warning on my screen. I now have about 1100 miles on the car. Does...
  6. 🎥 First Listen of the Legend Engined 2026 Shelby GT500 Mustang Next-Gen Successor!

I'm not sure how to handle this or these new models. I was never a fan of the name "Dark Horse"! IMHO, I think we will see the Cobra and a Cobra R. The Shelby name is starting to wear out since they built so many newer models. I would like another BULLITT but that name is being placed on the...
  7. 2026 on order. What first mods should I make?

Honestly, drive the car for a while. After 1000 miles make a decision. Unless you have very deep pockets full of cash, you are wasting money with upgrades you won't use 24/7. You will not increase the value of your car buy doing add-ons. When you trade it in or sell it, the next person is buying...
  8. Automatic or 6-speed - honest feedback

Buy what you want! Period! Both transmissions have their good and bad points. Personally, after owning BULLITTS and Shelby's with manuals, I finally went with the 10 spd auto in my 2024 GT. I had my fun but at my age I like the edge that the A-10 gives me. I do a lot of short trip city type...
  9. Wheel wax/protectant

I use Nu-Finish on mine...works well!! I also use a Swifter Hand Duster to clean the brake dust.
  10. Do you think S650 Mustang Sales Will Start Increasing Now?

Honestly, sales will stay the same or decline over the next couple of years. Sadly, the new Mustang didn't get the takers that Ford projected. I go to a lot of car cruises with my 2024 GT. Three weeks ago, I attended a cruise in a small mill town. We had over 1500 cars on the streets. I counted...
  11. Engine dress up. Is it too much?

Looks great! My only concern is with your car and many others. If you decide to sell the car in a year or two, will the new buyer love the look that makes you happy?
  12. To Spoil, or Not to Spoil...

I have the little blade spoiler on my GT Premium. I'm O.K with that since the tail of the S650 looks like a spoiler. I had four Mustang BULLITTS with no spoiler. I liked the clean look. Keep in mind, once you drill the trunk lid, there's no coming back. It's a personal choice like colors...
  13. A Grand Day of Cruising in Southern Utah

Thanks, It must be the reflection in one of the pictures. It looks like the spoiler is raised. I have the low blade spoiler on my GT Coupe. It's O.K. but sort of an afterthought. In all your car and pictures are beautiful! Thanks!!
  14. A Grand Day of Cruising in Southern Utah

I noticed you have a spoiler on the car. Since it's not performance pack car, did you have the spoiler installed? Where did you get the spoiler? I have a friend with a white 24 GT convertible who is chasing down spoiler info.
  15. Whipple and Resale Value

I'm old and I watched gearheads for the past 50 years. My experience is...anything added to a stock car is money thrown down the drain. Even cosmetic things like wheels, stripes, motor jewelry are a waste of hard-earned money. Remember, what you think is a cool look may be a joke to someone...
  16. Daisy’s First Photo Shoot

O.K. My good friend has a 2024 GT Premium with the blade spoiler. He would like to find a PP spoiler that will fit without drilling. Does anyone have a source for this option? Where did Clawfford get this spoiler?
  17. Daisy’s First Photo Shoot

Back to the car...my question is: If this is a performance pack convertible, did it come with a spoiler and a shorty antenna? I've only seen coupes with the spoiler.
  18. Daisy’s First Photo Shoot

I think a silver pony in the grill would be better...just my opinion. The rest of the car is nicely done!
  19. Updates to the car from Ford, automatically done or do you have to ask for them?

BTW...I got two separate e-mails in the past month from FORD asking me to set a schedule for my updates. My car was built around March of 2024. I never noticed any indications of updates. I drove it from 7/24 to 11/24 and parked it until April 2025. I had it on a battery tender during storage...
  20. Updates to the car from Ford, automatically done or do you have to ask for them?

I called FORD.com three days ago and they told me that I had to set the updates. A tech guided me into the correct screen, and I set the non-running updates to 1 AM. The fellow gave me this info after I gave him my VIN. Is everything automatic? Who knows?
