Stupid question maybe, but what does this entail? Wouldn't mind some more HP without voiding warranty and increasing my insurance (aka installing a supercharger).
Question: as some of you might know, I just got my DH recently and this is my first Mustang. I love the more responsive throttle, but making a turn (for example onto a busy road) I am a bit more hesitant to 'hit the gas' because the car really picks up well (or: I really don't want to crash or...
My pleasure helping others since I learned so much here. The liner in the front comes off super-easy, really not a big deal. I didn’t put the screw back in since the new lights seem secure. I did save these screws though (I have the habit of keeping smaller OEM items in the spare wheel area)...
Yep. I think this is either a 2026 change OR DH specific.
By the way, love the lights, worth every penny!
Going to do the rear lights soon (need to get under the car for it).
Yes, I followed that video. But the front ones didn't want to pop-off so I discovered the screw doing it the long way.
I think the screw for the front reflector lights is new for 2026. Haven't seen that anywhere in a video. The rears popped right out without removing the fender liners.
My insurance (Geico) didn’t upcharge for a GT or DH. I priced out both before getting the car.
For the oil change: the GT and DH uses fully synthetic so that’s more expensive. Not sure why the DH is more expensive though.
Did the following:
- Installed front license plate holder in tow hook location
- Replaced side reflectors with LEDs
- Installed Soler throttle controller
Later this week I am dropping my car off for:
- DH HP front splitter install
- Steeda H pipe install
I will post some pictures of the new...
I bought LED Side Markers for my car, and most videos have them pop-out with ease. The rears popped right out as expected. However, I couldn't get the front ones to come out. At all. So I went the 'official' way to remove the fender liner. I found out the front 2 actually are screwed in (no...
I think it's important to look outside of the Mustang world at the car market. Prices have absolutely skyrocketed since the pandemic and haven't recovered.
It's frustrating to read 'but this Mustang GT was $40k a few years back and now it's pushing $60k'. All true, but again, look around you...
Beautiful. This color is fantastic, isn't it? It looks different at every angle. Love the bronze also.
I ordered 20" Nysa Variant wheels for my car, and I am still torn between Satin Bronze or Gloss Gunmetal (have about a week to make my choices permanent).
Here they are... What to do?! :)
Got mine in (Soler) and I love it. As of now I am at Comfort 7 just to get a feel for it and the car. I am using the BT App so I hid the controller itself in a place where i can see it if needed - but I'm using the app to make changes.
