In my opinion yes. I've used them for years now on the daily driven mustangs and have gotten pretty good at using them and touching spots up. It takes practice but the pens are super useful.

I pass on it for daily drivers but put full PPF on the exotic toys we have that are not used regularly. My answer will ultimately depend on how you want to use the car. Would certainly recommend PPF for the front clip if you are concerned about it on a daily driver but it doesn't prevent chips...

Bug and Tar Remover. Really any brand will do, but you can't go wrong with Turtle Wax, Chemical Guys or Meguiar's.

In my experience, the size of the rim mattered less; the tires impact the ride more. Now yes... there will be a noticeable difference if someone is going from 17inch to 20inch... OP you probably won't notice much of a difference going from 19inch to 20inch. What matters more is the tires...
