What stood out to me is that the S650 felt incredibly similar to the S550s.
My statement above will either be a pro or a con depending on the buyer.
Exterior styling aside, the interior is a downgrade for me as the center console area looks and feels cheap. I did not like the full screen...
Ford goes back and forth with that 5W-20/30 because of CAFE standards. Its a joke and they can't make up their mind. It takes both but that nonsense started in 2004 with that crap.
My 2016 takes 5W-30.
5W20 gets you supposedly "better fuel economy" because it is slightly thinner causing less...
Even if the insurance did pay out, I'm sure it will be nowhere near OP's purchase price. 🙁
The damage does not look that bad in the pics but who knows what will happen if there actually is frame damage. That is up to the insurance company.
Not so much an issue but the downfall of any black/dark colored vehicle paint.
Certainly not defending the factory for the rough paint work quality but even if the paint is corrected those scratches and swirls will reappear with time. 🙁
Of course they are.
Why am I not surprised they don't want to help you.
If there isn't money to be made, they are never motivated to assist the customer.
Having lived in Southern California desert and then Phoenix AZ where it is regularly 110-120 degrees, I can assure you the owners manual is accurate and does not need to be changed for a stock car engine in a place where it is 90-100.
The moment one starts to mod their car, that may change...
Right? 💯 Seems silly to reinvent the wheel when the engineers already did it for us.
On top of that, the engine the oil goes into is on its 4th generation of the coyote that has been around since 2011... owner's manual hasn't changed in more than a decade.
Peeps, please don't complicate things.
LOL I am impressed OP. Most of my miles that I drive are highway miles and I average out to 26.6 MPG as I cruise along at 70mph. It's a manual too. Getting even higher than that is certainly an accomplishment.
Don't be doing 50mph in a 70mph zone though! If that is what you are doing then get...
I've seen too may 'modding gone wrong' stories on the forums over time that my only piece of advise is don't mod your car unless you know what you are doing.
lol I mean based on Ford's sloppy quality control there might be a chance of that!!
They already put a dark horse seat in a GT by accident. 🤣

The hood wobble has been around since like the S197 generation, possibly even earlier. Not really an issue per say but if it bothers you there are a few things you can do to get rid of it.
Just curious, do you have a photo of what you are referring to?
I don't think I have seen this yet, but not sure what it looks like on your car.
Might have been slight damage during transportation/delivery maybe?
