I saw the prototype in question with the combination in person driving on the interstate, but I've also seen some photos (not mine) of the same car floating around on the forums.
I just want to reiterate a couple of things that I've seen in this thread:
S650 GT is Dutch. They have a matter-of-fact way of stating things, I have a number of Dutch friends. He's not intentionally trying to be rude, even if to us Americans it seems that way. I don't think we should be...
I'd guess and say that because this is an export vehicle the sticker probably isn't reading accurate information simply because it probably doesn't exist yet.
The irony in this, at least to me, is that I know a significant number of people under the age of 35 who can proficiently drive stick, and have expressed some level of interest in the S650.

I'm LOVING that front end. And if this prototype is indicative of anything, we're getting a drop-top variant this time around!
