I daily drive my Mustang and I found the s550 Recaro seats uncomfortable for my daily commute and long trips. For comparison I’m 6’2” and 245.

The problem is I can't really think of something else I would be willing to drop $50-60k on that has similar styling, performance, options, v8, 6-speed, etc..

My original order on 3/27 did not have the gas guzzler tax on the order. When the window sticker was released in May the tax was on the sticker with an associated $1k "option" price and the total MSRP was increased by $1k. I have seen some stickers that show the guzzler tax but no associated...

The credit comes as 42k Ford pass points. Can you buy RTR parts directly from Ford? I think they only recently started accepting pass points on Ford Performance parts.

This may be a little too “manual looking” but I had a shifter from white madness garage on my 2020 auto. I liked that they would do custom engraving for a reasonable price and it was easy to install. You may want to check if it will work on the s650 a10. https://www.wmgarage.com/s550shifters

Same here. Chat shows my car as produced on 6/13. First ETA was July 7th. Last estimate was Aug 17th. To be fair they never did specify what year 😁

Jim Owens, the Mustang Brand Manager, stated a few times early on that cars were to be at dealers early summer. Somewhere along the line that changed to just summer which is also quickly running out. 45 days till fall... 🍂

In normal driving not much. The normal limited slip uses springs and clutches, the torsen uses an arrangement of biased gears to provide the limited slip

I don’t really know all the reasons why it was installed with 20s. I just know my 2020 GT had factory 20s and it had the K brace but not the strut brace. I assume it was added to address chassis/ride quality issues with 20s.

No, I’m referring to the black piece in this picture. It bolts along the cowl under where the wipers attach and then to the strut towers. I think you’re thinking of the K member which is the cradle under the engine and ties in the lower suspension. Here it is installed in the lower image...

On the S550 the 20in wheels included the K brace.
