  1. Suspension Upgrade Questions

Not Mustang related, but curious on the F150 suspension upgrades. I had an ‘04 Lariat FX4 that I put Bilsteins on at ~175k and they were a huge improvement to the worn out OEM. It is running strong at 290K (sold to a friend who still tows with it) on the same suspension. I had a similar...
  2. Cool Daily Random S650 Mustang Pics -- Post Yours! 📸

Best looking (only) S650 at the local Cars and Coffee this morning.
  3. New 25 GT, any easy quality of life things to do?

No. I’d say less than an inch.
  4. New 25 GT, any easy quality of life things to do?

It sits a little higher than the stock knob, so does it not interfere with the reverse lockout even though it is larger.
  5. So this just happened ☹️

That sucks. We try and keep them nice but shite happens. 😡
  6. New 25 GT, any easy quality of life things to do?

I did the billetworx teardrop shift knob because the stock one was not substantial enough, disappeared in my hand. Easy and definitely an improved shifting experience.
  7. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Found time after work to get it out of batter saver mode
  8. Introductions & Welcome Thread 👋

Beautiful car! You’ve clearly got great taste. 😉😁
  9. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? 🙋🏻‍♂️

IKR! Mine is married to the CTEK for at least the next 2 weeks according to the weather man. Don't want to crack the damn tires.
  10. Steering

A modern new car's electronic power assist will never feel as good as peak hydraulic steering, which is what I see a lot of the reviewers comparing it to. Vs new BMW steering, which I am pretty familiar with and test drove Ms prior to pulling the trigger on my car, the steering is more direct...
  11. Who’s giving up the 6sp for the SC?

Having recently jumped back in a manual with a GT that has exceeded my expectations, I’m definitely not giving it up. But I will give up something else to have a different experience…I’ll figure out what that is when I get there🙄
  12. 2026 Mustang Dark Horse SC - Official Specs, Photos, Videos

Kudos to Ford for keeping enthusiast cars going in their line up. Track car was my next stop, and this is a great evolution of the current platform. I am definitely a customer.
  13. Billetworkz Short Tear Drop too tall?

The stock knob disappeared in my hand. This one feels better in every way, and I can’t say I have noticed it was much higher. But looking at my install pics it appears to be about an inch taller. I did start with the lock nut all the way down so it is as low as it goes.
  14. FORD: One of the worst

Out for a cruise today and got behind this Prius with a “M” tag. 🙄 Fortunately I turned and he went straight.
  15. Dark Horse vs 'Hurricane' Charger vs Hellcat - ThrottleHouse

I think the comparison further proves the GT’s uniqueness as the last Pony car standing. Throttle House’s other video on the gas Charger shows it better. An AWD version that competes with this Charger would be cool. It’s probably more Ecoboost RTR than GT based. But at that point you are likely...
  16. FORD: One of the worst

Chiming in on the fawning over Euro electronics. I have BMWs with the newest iDrive 9 (android based) and 8.5. Both have issues losing settings with OTA updates. iDrive is amazing in its features, but I spend most of the time in Car Play. The iDrive 9 drives my wife nuts with the complexity...
  17. Rearview Mirror Adjustment

this. I've got a few inches on you, and the rear view was one of the first thing I noticed when I sat down to get my seating position right. The left trick made it adequate with the top up. And it is great with the top down which is the vast majority of my driving.
  18. Happy New Year!

I hope everyone has a great 2026! Getting prepped for tonight with a top down B2E2RUN that it is not warm enough for 😁 … and a dog restraint test fit for this man’s best friend. It will be a great year
  19. Stalling wear on clutch

Not sure of the context, but I'll answer 2 ways. Me- I think it is a cool addition to the car. Using it- eventually, end of tire life probably. I am hoping that it is part of the Mustang track experience in Charlotte when I do it. Son- If he gets competent, I'll pay for him to go to Charlotte...
  20. Stalling wear on clutch

Yeah, that is what I am worried about. I'll keep future sessions short if they don't go well.
