I had over 60k on my S550 at least 55k on 25mm spacers and zero issues…

Maybe try over on the M6G forum and see what they did. I think I seen a few posts over there on adding AE.

Check over everything, ensure spring is seated in the lower perch correctly and upper strut mount. Noise can come from a lot of different places but common things would be swar bar end links and top strut nut. Good luck in tracking it down

Throw on set of FP Shocks and Struts with a min drop spring from Steeda or BMR.. world of difference and very good for a daily driver.

I have a J&L catch which does what it’s supposed to do.. UPR is another common one used.. either will do its job

Sorry I misread your question… The ASE certified technician that installs it will fill out the paperwork to register it through ford.. the ford performance version warranty differs from the warranty Whipple stage 1 version … somewhere on here there was a post noting the differences
