  1. Connecting CTEK/Battery Tender

That’s interesting because the manual clearly states to not go more than 2 weeks without at least starting the car and putting the gear shift through it’s motions. Page 327 of my 2025 manual.
  2. New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546)

The BCM most affected is in the passenger side footwell if I’m not mistaken.
  3. Software updates - any confirmation after installation?

You can look up software updates in the car and on your app and it should tell you. But as far as a proactive notice that your car got updated, I don’t think so. Usually indications are presets are all messed up.
  4. GT Premium test drive thoughts

Jeez, that Torino is beautiful! Shame it didn’t hold up. I had a 74 Gran Torino, and as an 8 year old car it was a hunk o’ shit. Parts literally fell off as I drove. Meanwhile Ford sent me a satisfaction survey….one question was name anything I didn’t like about my new Mustang….I was...
  5. Anyone else have any issues with road smells entering the cabin?

Nice! Thanks for the update and resolution! …always great to hear the story has a good ending.
  6. Possible camber issue/inside of front tires worn

Till the tires blow out on turn 3. :cwl:
  7. New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546)

It’s a good sign. This car really makes me want to drive more as well. Sure my 06 GT was cool and fun, but it was lowered and that stiff buckboard ride got old. Still can’t believe I drove the same car for 17 years. That’s a record by a long shot for me.
  8. DARKHORSE Owners Kit arrived today!

Lol…be sure to wear your ceremonial robe!šŸ§™ā€ā™‚ļø
  9. Gauge cluster memory issue.

I’ve learned an incredible amount on this forum, not just about Mustangs either. Great place!!!
  10. New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546)

I don’t top off to give my tank a little breathing room, and I have an excuse to drive the car to the gas station more. šŸ™ƒ
  11. Possible camber issue/inside of front tires worn

I’m all set for track day! šŸ¤“
  12. 2025 Dark Horse, OEM B&O Sub replacement - Pioneer TS-D10D4

Nice! On my install, I noticed that the sub change made the remaining speakers sound better. I think the OEM sub was putting out a bad resonance or something that suppressed the other speakers. My door woofers sound so much better now! Replacing the center front speaker works well too.
  13. Show me your spoiler!

Thanks! I love it as well! I tell ya, between installing the rear louvers, side louvers, front splitter, rear spoiler, and trunk blackout panel with nothing but 3M tape and silicone, knowing you basically have one shot to get it right, my nerves were shot by the time I finished them all. It...
  14. Gauge cluster memory issue.

Oh well….good enough right? My wife’s Lincoln had a Driver memory glitch. It was OK if you only set it for one driver, but as soon as you programmed it for a 2nd driver, it got glitchy.
  15. New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546)

When I got the recall notice on my 06 GT for the Takata airbags, the first time was something like ā€œ Your airbag can explode, we don’t have a replacement, um…yeah…good luck and don’t hit nothinā€™ā€ Then when passenger airbag recall came, they said basically… ā€œyeah, um, your passenger airbag is...
  16. My car might soon be legally a lemon, anyone know what happens if I modified the car?

Wow, congrats on getting a decent outcome to your problem! Maybe I missed it, but what happened with all the mods you put on it? Is that lost money?
  17. Higher Oil Temps After Sw Update??

Yup……Those are the ones who install oil coolers, catch cans and need to change their oil after one weekend of racing. That’s a whole ā€˜nuther level.
