  1. Excellent Job Ford on Factory Cold Air Intake

What's the last thing that goes through a bugs mind as he hits your car? His arse.
  2. Happy to be back in a 5 litre!

No, it goes against everything that countries with much better safety records do.
  3. Richard Hammond Unites His Classic Ford Mustang With New S650 Dark Horse

So the Hamster rides in a Mustang? Does he run in a wheel to make it go? Seriously, good for him. More people are realising that the Mustang is a real driving tool now.
  4. 1250 HP Czinger 21C Hybrid

Jeez, I'm fresh out of change. Damn!
  5. Excellent Job Ford on Factory Cold Air Intake

Another thing I was impressed with, take the plastic cover off the rad area and you can easily clean all the bugs and crap out of the matrix. Try that on a Euro.
  6. Now here's something you dont see everyday...

Classic. I met a woman who'd just lost her husband, but kept his toy for memories, Roush blower and all.
  7. Now here's something you dont see everyday...

Now I have an image of an old style Playmate pin up, but she's pointing to the D
  8. Drift Brake - So who has tried it?

Four wheel drifts when the racers were on silly skinny tyres?
  9. Drift Brake - So who has tried it?

The drift brake is too far away in a RHD car, so I haven't tried any tomfoolery with it. I use to do handbrake turns on back country gravel roads which was fun. Feels a bit like "backing it in" on a bike with a touch of rear brake just before you turn in.
  10. What is the difference?

I've used Michelin exclusively for a few years now. Somehow their tyre magician is able to combine excellent grip and a bit more tread life than any other brand I've used. That made them great value on a bike where you're replacing tyres regularly.
  11. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

Anytime, call me from the airport.
  12. Happy to be back in a 5 litre!

I got my car licence within days of turning 15, bike licence soon after. Learnt car control on dirt roads. But the single biggest thing in my driving career was enforcement driver training and years of driving/riding very fast in traffic. Proper driver training is a must, not just on a track...
  13. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

OK, there's four of us. Let's start a club, drinks at my place tomorrow.
  14. 2025 GT — 12,000 Mile Review

We watched The Art of Racing in the Rain last night. Despite the name it's about Enzo the dog. Excellent movie, but don't watch it if you tear up over sad movies.
  15. RPM redline on Tune?

Did you know that a Mk 4 Cortina 2 litre could do 180kmh? It was an unmarked patrol car and we saw two of our guys running radar on the other side of the motorway. So we went a couple of kms up the road, turned and nailed it towards them. The doors of their car flew open so fast I thought they'd...
  16. RPM redline on Tune?

The exceptions were small FIATs, you could rev them till they'd rev no more and they loved it. Italian tune up. This thread also reminds me of my first high reving car. The good old AE86 Corolla 1.6 litres winding to 7600, and now there's a 5 litre V8 in the garage that winds to.....7600 rpm.
  17. RPM redline on Tune?

And I don't know why these muppets bounce off the limiter for fun.
  18. S650 Refresh: What You Want To See

OK, I thought that wasn't too bad after the VA Group nonsense I've dealt with for years. The Mustang has been a huge relief after that.
  19. RPM redline on Tune?

That's what rev limiters are for.
  20. Now here's something you dont see everyday...

My wife has been a Mustang fan for years. That's why the big Yes was so quick when I mentioned the subject
