They lied before. My 1999 Cobra had the recall done to correct the HP claim that fell short and I still have a very nice 2000 Cobra SVT brochure that Ford released for a car that was never produced.

Did Ford ever release a clarification or did they let the myth propagate? It certainly helps with the sales aspect of the car.

Technology takes care of most of the problems with the view. My 24 F350 Lariat Tremor is 'leveled' and running 37s and the 360 degree camera setup and location sensors is far beyond what is on my loaded 24 GT. I would have thought that Ford would have at least incorporated a front camera on...

Yep. I cannot believe my truck has 360 degree cameras and the higher end Mustang from the same model year does not even come with a front camera (or HUD).

When I ordered my 2022 F250 (on X plan) the dealer honored the price from when I placed the order. All of the price bumps that hit before the truck was built and delivered were pretty significant ($4,000)

Ford gave me a quite a few more points when I bought a 22 F250 Lariat than when I bought my 24 F350 Lariat. They have really gotten cheap.

Interesting. I took mine in for water intrusion recall and they supposedly fixed it as its no longer listed as a recall in my Ford app and I signed off on the paperwork.
