Those issues are not down to it being an EV of course, just poor build quality which can affect any vehicle.

Ford is a GLOBAL company. US sales are less than half of the total and you don't even get many of the Ford cars made and sold elsewhere. Ford is lagging behind many car companies in EV sales (although in Europe and China they have released a whole raft of new models) but the direction of travel...

You have to remember the late 70's and 80's Mustangs were pretty dire. They lost the essence of the original and it wasn't until the S197 that the Mustang found it's way again. All well documented that John Coletti saved the Mustang by preventing the Probe becoming the Mustang

I think many of these suggestions from others are best served by a classic car. No new car will ever be like that again. As for comfort - yes, considering Ford call it a GT there should be a softer version as with the Mercedes CLE

Not sure about the sub 2 seconds. I have experienced 3 seconds 0-60 and that was pretty unpleasant as a passenger! 4 seconds is fine.

Ford dealers (even Ford Store dealers) struggle to get updates on cars. Your order on Oasis will show the VIN when it is committed (the dealer can view this screen as it is their ordering system). The build date (when it happens) will show on there too. It will be AT LEAST 3 months from build...

Canada just re-announced what they had already announced in December, and agreed not to introduce it's own tariffs - if that is folding? All the current willy waving is doing is upsetting local trade, some of it for a long time.
