  1. Is tuning a stock car on 93 worth it?

Did you update it to newest firmware before trying to read?
  2. Is tuning a stock car on 93 worth it?

Look at Wengerd. Best tuner around these days. Honest results show very little gain on 93. I want to see Manual Dark Horse gains on 93 or E85.
  3. Anyone else have this clicking noise, normal? Any ideas?

I noticed the same sound on my dark horse couple days ago. Same area. Almost sounded like a belt that wasn’t oiled. It went away after the car warmed up and haven’t noticed it since.
  4. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Guess we wait and see… I hope my info is wrong
  5. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Tuners are tuning the DH and getting power . I’m just talking about FP. DH internals are more for Forced induction from what I understand . Also maybe better to handle constant high rpm’s at the track.
  6. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Curious, do you train your German Shepard to bite people?
  7. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

I’m just sharing what I heard from a reputable source man, chill out. Ford Performance usually doesn’t make tunes for the special models that have more HP from their department already.
  8. Drag Race: Shelby GT350R vs Mach 1 vs Dark Horse -- Which One Do You Think Is Faster ?

Haters will hate. I’ve driven and owned all variations of NA mustangs since 2015. GT350 was a special car that needed to be driven and maintained like a race car. a real unicorn and one of my favorite cars of all time that I never had the balls to buy! On the other hand I honestly believe The...
  9. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Also I spoke with a Ford engineer I mountain bike with and has inside info that there will be no FP tune for DHark Horse. It’s tuned to max. IAT temps too high for more
  10. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Welcome to owning a Mustang! lol No need for throttle controller if you’re planning on tuning right away. I’m just using until I get few thousand more miles on engine and let the tuners figure it all out.
  11. S650 Mustang V8 to Get Ford Performance Calibrations (Tune)

Absolutely, Sport mode is all I ever drove in and there’s way too much lag /pedal play. Track is not responsive at all as it’s for track cornering and linear acceleration. It makes a difference in every mode to whatever level you want basically 1-30
  12. Shoemaker Performance S650 Dyno Numbers!! (w/ E85 Custom Tune)

It would be interesting to know difference in manual and auto drivetrain hp loss . I know manual is less loss, but how much? Jon Lund mentioned it in his last FB post when testing new tunes
  13. Steeda's Full Recap of Testing Tune

Ok, then that makes sense. thanks for explaining. I like what you’re saying on flexibility of the device. My question would be , can you also flash the tune via Bluetooth and app without a laptop using the MPVI3?
  14. Steeda's Full Recap of Testing Tune

Ok, my mistake. It’s $1033 for E85&93 + tuner + credits Still seems like almost 10% over what buying direct is
  15. Steeda's Full Recap of Testing Tune

I was on Steeda website. They sell the PBD and others tunes
  16. Shoemaker Performance S650 Dyno Numbers!! (w/ E85 Custom Tune)

I think with e85 you will feel it. Otherwise not so much. More responsive on 93 tune, that’s about it. It’s too early to put this premature tune in your car imo. Patience. Let impatient people show results on their own cars
  17. Shoemaker Performance S650 Dyno Numbers!! (w/ E85 Custom Tune)

You feel torque. And if they are getting 50lbs of it in the mid rpm’s you will feel that
  18. Shoemaker Performance S650 Dyno Numbers!! (w/ E85 Custom Tune)

That's a real bummer. I will wait for the tuner that comes out with it. makes it so much easier to use e85 seasonally. Thanks for answering question.
