    I had the issue on the first day... user error... still learning the controls. Perhaps we should ask how long he has had the car?

    Actually, Ford does not recommend any break in period... at least not in the manual as they have done in the past... they do recommend 300 mile break in on the tires and that's it. *edit* I guess they are recommending it now (26 MY), though they did not for the 24 MY. I didn't baby mine or...

    I had a similar issue on day one with my car... turned out to be the speed limiter was on... turned it off and nearly three years later, never happened again!

    I think that has a Shelby installed shifter knob, they may have messed up the lockout when replacing the knob. Ford dealer should be able to fix it.

    Push the lever down to unlock it, move the column where you want it, put the lever back up.

    Looks lie the standard auto email (may14 in the pic you posted, so 45 days from there)... It shouldn't be anything to worry about... keep an eye on your tracker.
