The dealer should be willing to take care of that under warranty. They may be able to take off the black panel above the radiator to access it without pulling off the whole bumper.

I popped the hood today and all looks and sounds normal. It’s just the idling in normal mode at the back of the car that sounds uneven. I can’t hear it sitting in the car though. The other exhaust modes it disappears.

Yep! If you look at the final pic in my OP, that's the day I picked it up. They are Performance Package upgrade wheels. They were a free upgrade when I ordered last year but now they charge like $895 to upgrade to them.
