Correct me if I'm wrong but over the last couple days it appears there isn't much left on constraint other than bronze package, some convertibles, and DH. Let's hope Ford keeps the parts flowing in and start DH production soon (already knocked on wood).
Chin splitter, rims, and side skirts look amazing. Lowering it makes it look plenty aggressive.
Duck Tail Spoiler is okay, but as with everyone else I prefer the PP over this one. I do like that they integrated the decals on the back to flow into the duck tail spoiler.
Pretty nice looking...
Thanks for the heads up! I've been in touch with Jordan Wheeler on additional info. Sounds as if the Spec 2 will be available relatively soon once Ford gets production going, but whipple will take a little more time. Based on how DH production goes, I might reach out to Five Star down the road...
Looking forward to this reveal. If it peaks my interest and the DH ends up being delayed out longer than the normal GT, then I might look into sourcing a Spec 2 build with a whipple. Has anyone modified their Mustang into a full RTR spec in the past? What were the logistics like at the time?
I just received the same email regarding my Dark Horse order (says Dark Horse instead of GT shown above). Since it's a DH and I have yet to receive a VIN or build date I'm actually looking forward to getting queued in for an update every 45 days. But I'll believe it when I see it in terms of...
Totally understand. Before this I was trying to buy a Corvette over the last couple years and GM had the same issues (panel gaps, configurator not working, transmission issues, lack of communication, etc) even after the car released. I've been without a car for quite some time and also at the...
Some people on this forum need to relax. I'm seeing people argue about panel gaps on prototypes and pre-production cars along with people arguing over price discrepancies with the configurator. Production hasn't even started yet and the 2023 Mustang is still listed online and in the...
Starting to fall in this mindset. If I don't hear anything about my DH by the time I get back from my vacation in June then I will start looking at other options. Starting to consider buying a normal GT and see what specs Shelby, RTR, Saleen, etc. release for the S650. I sure as hell wouldn't...
As much as I want Recaro's I fear of missing out on the heated/cooled seats. But the biggest thing for me is no lumbar support. My bad lower back would not handle sitting in that seat on extended drives and this is coming from someone who's in their late 20's and weighs 175.
Yeah the way I understood that was Ford is basically hand selecting DH orders whenever they want/can. That's why I'm lowering my expectations on when to anticipate anything.
Understood, that makes more sense. Thanks for clarifying. Congrats on getting a build date! I'm trying to let go of any expectations for when my DH order gets picked up lol.
So you initially thought they had to cancel your order and re-issue a new one for the Nite Pony Package but they managed to add it on without canceling. Once the change was made, they managed to pull a VIN and build date for you? Why did your carmine red interior get removed?
