Could be, or could just be shuffling them. Ford has a lot of property in the Metro Detroit area they can hold vehicles. I have seen them even store F150s at Fairlane Town Center, in Dearborn, when the chips were an issue in 2021. (Big mall)

It is like the build date shuffle. Most are given the orig date with the schedule e-mail. Then the dates juggle around, usually within the same week. Then one date comes back to the front, and that is it. That is your blend date.
I read that as the car went to Ramp 59, is now back at FRAP, and being shipped.
We don't have the drone service anymore but, my guess is FRAP is very backed up and using Rouge to store cars prior to shipping.
