I will just touch on a few of your points.
* Premium fuel
Any vehicle with a 12:1 CR should run premium. Just for power's sake if nothing else.
* Cams
Cam upgrades on the Coyote platform really not needed. Cost...
Adding 14 hp is not a concerning factor GT vs DH 5.0 in reference to engine life. SC'd yotes live in the realm of 700-800 or more HP happily.
GT Track Pack vs DH suspension differences are MagnerRide calibration based and spring rate. They can all handle plenty of HP more then factory numbers.
Easily
Reliable source tells me 425whp factory. Assuming a 15% DT loss, that would be 488hp. Pretty much the GT with active exhaust rated mark. There are always going to be happy dynos that fudge numbers and give people numbers they want, then they are sad at the track LOL
Well with Ford advising dealers to take off NP from their stock orders, it seems wise that they would just offer the NP W/O the black roof. Charge the same $995 as the BP. Maybe a Job 2 option.
I dropped the NP back in June, and added the BP. Order got picked up the next day. Mine is in production this week. I hated to, but I will have a fairly unique Mustang with the Carbonized and BP,
The NP is an issue because non-black cars have the roof painted black at a secondary facility at FRAP. This apparently takes an exuberant amount of time, thus causing the never resolved constraint.
Wish we could ala-carte the NP headlights as an option.
